Health Certificates

What types of health certificates do we provide?

For Pet Owners: Dogs, Cats, and Rabbits

If you are travelling with your pet to another state or country a health certificate may be legally required to provide proof of your pet’s health and vaccination.

Depending on the destination, travel requirements for your dog or cat can be extensive. The USDA APHIS website https://www.aphis.usda.gov/aphis/pet-travel is available to provide you with resources to ensure that your pet’s travel requirements are completed properly. It is your responsibility to review and complete all necessary requirements prior to the scheduled appointment. A physical examination at our clinic is then required for our accredited veterinarian to sign the health certificate.

For Export of Aquatic Species:

If you are a company looking to export aquatic species, you will need an accredited veterinarian to sign a health certificate for each shipment. Please contact us for more information or to set up a meeting.
